Urban Art Brixton, Saturday 11 July 2026 10am-6pm, Josephine Ave SW2

This year I will be returning to Urban Art Brixton on Saturday 11 July 2026.

If you’ve never been to Urban Art, it is well worth a visit. It’s an open air event, with a great relaxed atmosphere, where you can meet and see the artwork from over 100 artists who hang their work on the railings of the leafy green Josephine Avenue.

If you’re feeling hungry there are also some food stalls to keep you going.

Click on image for more info about Urban Art Brixton.

My watercolour paintings are inspired by an interest in rock pooling and seafood. I also have a fascination with food packaging and food in glass or plastic.

I use the blotted line technique developed by Andy Warhol to create a printed textured line with drawing ink before adding layers of watercolour.

This year I will be bringing along a selection of original watercolour paintings, signed Giclee prints and greetings cards of my work.

Hopefully the weather will be kind and this year’s event will be bathed in glorious sunshine!

Find me on Pitch 18J on Saturday 11 July Urban Art Brixton, Josephine Avenue SW2 10am-6pm
