This March I am delighted to be exhibiting in the Society of Graphic Fine art’s 105th Annual Open exhibition at the mall Galleries in London.
This year I entered two of my watercolour and blotted line paintings of supermarket herbs. They are initially drawn directly onto tracing paper using a continuous line before printing them onto stretched watercolour paper using the blotted line technique. There is something beautiful in everyday items and I like the way supermarket herbs collapse when you scrunch the plastic wrapper down.
The Mall, London, SW1
